2. Refunds Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are available for orders that are not delivered as promised (e.g., wrong flowers, delivery errors, or failure to deliver).
    • Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control, such as recipient unavailability.
  • Conditions for Refunds
    • The refund request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Photos of the arrangement may be required to verify the issue.
  • Refund Options
    • Full or partial refund based on the issue.
    • Store credit or replacement arrangement can also be offered.
    • Any refund given will be via your original method of payment and processed within 7 days.

3. Returns Policy

  • Return Eligibility
    • Fresh flowers cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
    • Non-perishable items (vases, gifts, etc.) can be returned within 7 days in unused and original condition.
  • Process for Returns
    • Bring the item with proof of purchase to the store.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders or special arrangements tailored to unique requests.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery, as the arrangement is likely already in preparation.
  • Soaps and candles.
  • Gift vouchers.
